Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Foundation of the P4H Network - June 2007 G8 Summit Heiligendamm. The P4H Initiative is formally launched during the June 2007 G8 Summit (page 21 of the Summit Declaration).

Following parliamentary guidance adopted in March 2011, Spain joins the P4H Network in June 2011.

Following a visit of the P4H Coordination Desk to Tunis in January 2012 and the involvement of the P4H Network in the July 2012 Tunis conference on Value for Money, AfDB attends its first P4H Steering Group Meeting.

As part of a broader dialogue with WHO on UHC, the Global Fund starts technical exchanges with the P4H Network.

The Council Of Europe Development Bank (CEB) attends its first P4H Steering Group Meeting in September 2018 in Paris.

The Russian Federation Centre for Health Quality Control and Assessment (CHQAC) attends its first Steering Group meeting in September 2018 in Paris.

Kazakhstan joins the P4H Network both for internal and international collaborations on health financing.

The Seoul National University School of Public Health requests to join the P4H Network in June 2017 and is invited to the P4H Steering Group Meeting in September 2018 in Paris.
