Based on the Benin 2025 Alafia vision, the 2018-2025 National Development Plan incorporates new economic and social development challenges at national, African and international levels.
The NDP 2018-2025 is structured around the following major themes: i) human capital and well-being; ii) economic productivity and competitiveness ; iii) the environment, climate change and territorial development, and iv) governance. Through this architecture, it expresses the urgent need for an integrated approach to solutions to current development challenges, and provides a favorable framework for consolidating and sustaining the achievements of the Government Action Program (PAG) 2016-2021.
