The National Health Financing Strategy defines the guidelines for arranging and directing financial flows devoted to health care so that they contribute to access to care, availability of care and protection against financial risk for all.
The national health financing strategy provides the Union of the Comoros with a high-performance healthcare system that gives the entire population, especially the most vulnerable and the poorest, access to quality healthcare, with the effective involvement of all public and private players and stakeholders, in a spirit of solidarity, equality, equity and social justice.
