This Compact sets out a partnership agreement between the Government of Togo and its signatory Health Sector Partners to support the implementation of the PNDS 2017-2022. Its main objective is to establish a single, harmonized framework for increased, effective and more predictable aid in the health sector, with a view to accelerating the achievement of the objectives of the PNDS.
