Côte d’Ivoire’s investment program has three main components:
strategic bottleneck analysis to make the case for greater investment in primary healthcare;
evidence-based, high-impact interventions to address priority health system issues;
the amount of investment needed to finance the “best options” and propose scenarios for bridging financing gaps.
This investment case will help to mobilize the additional resources needed, and make more judicious use of available resources to accelerate progress towards the CSU.
