The emergency decree-law establishes the legal provisions for the acquisition in the national and international market of medicines, goods, supplies, services, medical and surgical material; works for the expansion and conditioning of public health services; the contracting of temporary technical or professional services destined to the actions for the control of the pandemic and the care of patients with the COVID-19 disease; and its transparency and control mechanisms during the contracting process and financial execution, destined exclusively for the care, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the health emergency originated by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and its variants.
