General objective
Support the government of Niger in implementing its roadmap towards CSU, and in particular, in setting up a third-party payment system for free healthcare policies.
Specific objectives
OS1: Facilitate strategic dialogue on health financing in Niger between the ministries and TFPs concerned, with a focus on the creation and financing of a purchasing fund to manage free healthcare and the FBR.
OS2: Support the MSP in setting up a purchasing fund with a view to establishing a universal health insurance agency.
