Federal Law “On Compulsory Health Insurance in the Russian Federation”

Federal Law “On Compulsory Health Insurance in the Russian Federation” No. 326-FZ was originally signed by the President of Russia on 29.11.2010. This law regulates the relations arising from the implementation of compulsory health insurance, including determining the legal status of subjects of compulsory health insurance and participants of compulsory health insurance, the grounds for the emergence of their rights and obligations, guarantees for their implementation, relations and responsibilities associated with the payment of insurance premiums for compulsory health insurance of the non-working population. The Law contains 11 chapters and 53 articles. The attached file contains full text of the law in Russian language and reflects all of its amendments, including the last amendment approved on December 25, 2023.
