This study examines how government effectiveness, health expenditure, and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) impact life expectancy in Pakistan from 2000 to 2020. The results carry important policy implications, emphasizing the need for strategic implementation of health expenditure and SDG targets to enhance human capital and population well-being in Pakistan.
