The law “On compulsory social health insurance” (No. 405-V ZRK) was signed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev on November 16, 2015 with latest amendments to be effective September 1, 2024. This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of compulsory social health insurance, in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to health protection.
