According to the co-signatories, the Minister for Health and the Minister for the Digital Economy, the development of this plan was a participatory process involving all public and private sector players working in the field of health and information and communication technologies (ICTs) in Guinea.
“Digital Health will be put to work to collect surveillance data, ensure real-time monitoring of patients’ health status, provide therapeutic assistance and health advice, monitor treatment compliance or run health education and awareness campaigns.”
