Government contributions to health spending rose to 34%, while donor contributions decreased. Out-of-Pocket expenses remained substantial at 27%. The report also highlights a shift towards preventive care and increased spending on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Recommendations include enforcing mandatory health insurance, boosting government funding for healthcare equity, enhancing donor coordination, and investing more in primary healthcare and preventive services.
