This strategy document is intended to be a reference tool for the government and technical and financial partners, enabling them to coordinate the various interventions in the field of health financing.
The vision of the National Health Financing Strategy (SNFS) for 2030 is: “To make Burkina Faso a Nation where the entire population benefits from access to quality services and care without social distinction”. The overall objective of this strategy is to ensure equity and efficiency in healthcare financing.
This strategy document will provide the Ministry of Health with a frame of reference that brings coherence to all the sources and mechanisms of the health financing system, for greater efficiency and equity in the management of resources.
