This report is the output of a year-long research project on health system reform in Libya, undertaken as a part of the BINA program. The BINA program is an international development program that aims to help fragile states such as Libya overcome their challenges by rebuilding human and institutional capacity based on professionalism, efficiency, transparency and good governance. The Program is a joint initiative of the Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC), the Libyan Program for Reintegration and Development (LPRD) and the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB).
