While most discussions surrounding the private-public partnerships in health care focuses on financing infrastructure, in Israel, the public-private mix has become a central way of financing and delivering services in wake of diminishing public funding.
This paper analyses the process of health care privatization in Israel in the past three decades (since the 1990s) and the challenges that come with it.
