In May 2015, the Republic of Togo and its partners, including theWorld Health Organization, carried out work as part of the process of developing a coherent strategy for financing towards universal health coverage (SNFS-CSU).
This study, based on the country’s commitment to ensuring universal access to quality healthcare for all Togolese without incurring catastrophic costs, has resulted in the present document, which takes stock of Togo’s healthcare financing system.
