The Institutional Strategic Plan 2018-2032 of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS) aims to guide institutional management in a planned and consensual manner to achieve actions that contribute to the development of the sector in the short and medium term. This includes, among others, universal access to health care, the financing of the sector and the role of social security.
