This sector strategy will be offered to all players as a frame of reference to better target and organize their interventions in the short and medium term. Hence the need to adapt MASM’s strategic plan not only to this imperative, but also to the directives of the Loi Organique relative aux Lois de Finances.
The National Development Plan 2018-2025 has the specific aim of putting in place sustainable and inclusive social protection mechanisms for healthy, competent and competitive human capital. It also aims to reduce poverty levels and inequalities between different regions and socio-economic groups. To achieve these objectives, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Microfinance (MASM) needs to define a sector strategy. This sectoral strategy will provide all the Ministry’s players with a frame of reference to better target and organize their interventions in the short and medium term. Hence the need to adapt MASM’s strategic plan, which now responds to this imperative as well as to the directives of the Loi organique relative aux lois de finances (LOLF).
