Strategy for implementing Targeted Free Distribution in CAR

The aim of this strategy is to reduce maternal and infant mortality, which is predominant in 07 districts not covered by technical and financial partners, and to guarantee equity in the provision of healthcare to all the people of the Central African Republic.

The strategy involves a total of 988.
462 inhabitants living in 7 Health Districts.
These include 171.
004 children under 5, 41.
515 pregnant women, 39,538 nursing mothers, for a total of 261,942 beneficiaries, and 49,423 victims of gender-based violence (GBV).
In order to achieve the expected results, a budget of 1 billion CFA francs will be mobilized to enable the provision of care with greater impact and, above all, in close connection with the interventions defined in the Investment File validated by the Central African Government and its partners.
