This paper analyses the extent of utilisation and identify the barriers faced by individuals in the Federally Administrative Area of Pakistan concerning the Social Health Protection Programme. The study findings indicated that approximately 12% of the participants used the Social Health Protection Programme, while 6.5% experienced barriers in utilisation. The identified barriers were further classified into seeking (3%), reaching (0.25%) and receiving care (3.25%) barriers.
