This study focuses on Nepal’s adoption of a health insurance scheme to support universal health coverage. While various factors impact the program’s performance, there is limited evidence on how these factors influence the insurance scheme in Nepal. The study aims to identify the facilitators and barriers that affect the utilization of national health insurance services among service users and other stakeholders.
