The 23rd session of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Public Health of Chad was held from November 20 to 23, 2017 at the Hilton Hotel in N’Djaména under the theme “Meeting the challenges of the effective implementation of the PNDS3 and PRDS3 for the improvement of health indicators”.
Chaired by the Minister of Public Health, the session’s objectives included discussing the main strategies to be developed in implementing the National Health Policy through Community Health Services, the FBR, the CSU, targeted free healthcare, mutual health insurance schemes, etc…
During the meeting, the Coordinator of the Interministerial Coordination Unit for Universal Health Coverage in Chad gave a progress report on the implementation of CSU.
