The regular organization of review meetings at which all stakeholders can discuss issues is an integral part of the success of the free travel policy. With this in mind, the Technical Secretariat in charge of Universal Health Coverage is organizing the fourth national meeting to monitor the implementation of free healthcare measures.
General objective
Draw up a report on the implementation of free healthcare measures in all health facilities.
Specific objectives
- Review implementation of recommendations from last meeting,
- Discuss trends in key monitoring indicators,
- Present the results of monitoring, control and verification of financial management and the effectiveness of the application of free healthcare measures (visits carried out by NGOs),
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the new implementation risk management mechanism,
- Present the new tools integrated into the electronic platform for managing free-of-charge measures,
- Present the status of irregularities in implementation,
- Identify best practices and shortcomings,
