Finance Minister Abderahamane Raouya presented the text of the Supplementary Finance Law (LFC) for 2020 to the Council of the Nation on Monday, during a plenary session chaired by Salah Goudjil, acting president of the Council.
During the plenary session, attended by several ministers, Mr. Raouya stressed that the bill, which was adopted by the APN on Sunday, had been drawn up in an exceptional and unprecedented context, marked by the conjunction of two major factors: global economic stagnation and an unprecedented global health crisis.
