On Tuesday, April 5, 2022, a workshop was held in Ouagadougou to prepare a roadmap for the involvement of civil society organizations (CSOs), on the initiative of the association SOS Jeunesse et Défis, in the Global Funding Facility (GFF) process in Burkina Faso.
The Global Financing Facility (GFF) is a country-led partnership that aims to “accelerate efforts to end preventable maternal, newborn, child and adolescent deaths”, with a secondary focus on improving their health and quality of life. To this end, a 2021-2025 commitment framework has been set up with a pilot project. “This pilot project aims to give improved and more sustainable support to CSO partners”.
