Every tourist who has visited the temples of Angkor knows the character: the tuk-tuk driver, a motorized scooter that doubles as a cab, is an integral part of the Cambodian picture postcard. What foreign visitors are less aware of is how far this profession can fall short of international “decent work” standards.
