On Sunday, April 07, 2019, Chad celebrated World Health Day under the theme “Universal health coverage for all, everywhere and at all times”. The ceremony, which took place at the Chad-China Friendship Hospital, featured two highlights: the address by the WHO Resident Representative and the speech by the representative of the Minister of Health. In their speeches, they stressed the need to speed up the CSU process in Chad, with particular emphasis on intersectoral coordination. As a prelude to this celebration, the Cellule Interministérielle de Coordination de la CSU hosted a conference-debate on April 06, 2019 on the theme of CSU in Chad: challenges and prospects.
