Chad, like other countries around the world, celebrated World Health Day on April 07, 2021, with the theme“For a fairer and healthier world“.
To mark the event, the Director General of the Ministry of Health and National Solidarity made a radio statement.
In his speech, Dr Ismaël Barh Bachar highlighted the efforts made by Tchad to achieve Universal Health Coverage . He also recalled the actions undertaken by the Government with the support of its partners to provide appropriate responses to health needs and enable Chadians to participate more effectively in development initiatives.
