The Cellule Interministérielle de Coordination de la Stratégie Nationale de Couverture Santé Universelle organized from November 09 to 12, 2021 at the Centre d’Accueil et de Formation (CAF) de Mara, a workshop ” de définition des paniers des soins du Dispositif d’Assurance Santé au Tchad”.
The aim of the workshop is to draw up a draft ministerial decree determining
the health care services to be covered by the Medical Assistance Scheme (AMED) of the Couverture Sanitaire Universelle and identifying the procedures for implementing these services.
The workshop was attended by twenty-six
(26) participants
from health facilities, central services of Ministries; the O
rdre National des Médecins du Tchad, l’Ordre des Pharmaciens, l’Ordre des médecins du Tchad ;
healthcare trade unions; civil society. Technical and financial partners were also represented.
