Civil Society Engagement Mechanism for UHC (CSEM) is the Civil Society constituent of the International Health Partnership for UHC 2030. It raises Civil Society voices in UHC 2030 to ensure that UHC policies are inclusive and equitable, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable populations, so that no one is left behind.
