The Asia Pacific Observatory on Health Systems and Policies published a report on the Health System Response Monitor (HSRM). It is designed to collect and organize up-to-date information on how countries are responding to the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) outbreak. This report is prepared by a group of experts from the Republic of Korea. It focuses primarily on the responses of health systems but also captures wider public health initiatives in the following 6 sections:
1. Preventing local transmission.
2. Ensuring sufficient physical infrastructure and workforce capacity.
3. Providing health services effectively.
4. Paying for services.
5. Governance.
6. Measures in other sectors.
