A two-day workshop was held in Niamey on October 1 2, 2019, which invited the CSU Restricted Technical Group extended to related Ministries, to comment on draft 0 of the CSU strategy. Rich and sometimes highly technical exchanges led to the production of a draft 1, then a draft 2 validated on October 10, 2019.
