The mission takes place in a context where the Ministry of Solidarity (MAHSRN) is officially in charge of the UHC agenda & the draft health financing policy (dated March 2014) is yet to be proposed to the governement.
The mission has been an opportunity to liaise wit the DPs and reflect on the UHC policy development framework & roadmap.
