Digital skills have become essential in the labour market

Today, 90% of jobs require a minimum level of digital skills, and 42% of Europeans who do not have them are unemployed. Beyond the development of digital professions (web developer, data analysts, etc.), digital skills have become necessary in almost all other professions, which are in constant evolution.
Whilst the P4H Network fully grasps the importance of growing digital skills across the board, this article higlights their importance in the context of access to employment and relevance with the world of work today.
Developing the right tools and matching competencies is critical and that is what P4H as well as its sister networks engaged in digitization strive to do!
