The overall objective is to contribute to strengthening the Ministry of Health’s leadership in evidence-based prioritization, mobilization, allocation and utilization of health resources. The specific objective(s ) of this call for proposals is/are:
1. Provide the Ministry of Health and CNAMU with factual data and analyses on the availability, access and quality of health services offered.
2. Provide the Ministry of Health and the CNAMU with analyses and factual data on the financial protection of the population in terms of healthcare expenditure.
