Speaking at the beginning of this new year 2025 with the newspaper Noticias22, he notes that despite the almost universal coverage of the Family Health Insurance, it is necessary to improve the effective coverage of members with effective access to medical care. To achieve this objective, it will be necessary, among other things, to reduce the amount of co-payments made by the user at the time of accessing health services. He also believes that the first level of care should be strengthened with an estimated investment of between 5 and 20 billion pesos, and the distribution of human resources in health should be improved.
