Egypt’s health sector budget in 2021/2022 is 16.2% higher than year before

The health sector in 2021/2022 is expected to have a budget 16.27 percent higher than that of the year before, highlighting Egypt’s keenness on improving health conditions for patients and staff.

In the new financial year, the budget allocated for health will be L.E.108.8 billion, compared to L.E.93.5 billion in 2020/2021, according to the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies.
