A team made up of resource persons from the Ministry of Health and players in the health sector are mobilized to ensure that the amendments made by the Council of Ministers are taken into account, as well as following the directions given by the Minister of Health. This team will be supported by a national consultant recruited by WHO to finalize the national strategy document and, above all, to draw up the implementation plan. To achieve this, the team proposed four workshops.
