In preparation for the Oslo meeting, co-chaired by Burkina Faso’s Head of State, the functional team wanted to have a solid investment case. But at the October 24 meeting, it was clear that the DI was not yet ready. In particular, the stakeholders alerted the consultants to the limitations of the costing work presented. The DI development process therefore remains underway, on the basis of a draft available here.
