31 January 2012 -Under new leadership, the Health Financing Unit (HFU) in the Ministry of Health (MoH) is in the process of strengthening and developing its core processes and operating functions. In view of its challenging mandate as the implementing arm for the Health Financing Policy, it requests GIZ to support the organization of a retreat (the Health Sector Strategic Plan III retreat) for its entire staff to foster a common understanding of the unit’s vision and mission as well as to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each unit.
