Nelly Gilyazetdinova is a senior specialist in the department of development and external affairs at the Center for Healthcare Quality Assessment and Control of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in Moscow. She also serves as executive secretary of the basic organization for collaboration with countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States for health technology assessment, quality control and financing of health care. Effective 01 November 2023, she is an appointed as a P4H-CFP in the Russian Federation
