In response to the MSP’s request for support, and given the current political context in Madagascar, this is more of an exploratory mission than an initial one, i.e. the emphasis has been placed on a technical dialogue enabling official relations to get underway more quickly once the political situation has been clarified.
GIZ, the World Bank, France, UNFPA, UNICEF, USAID and ILO are all involved in this joint exploration.
