Jordan’s General Organisation for Social Security, in collaboration with health insurers, plans to start a study to expand compulsory health coverage. The study will start in Q1 2022.
The new plan is intended for private-sector workers and retirees who do not benefit from health coverage provided by their employers.
The policy covers treatment in private hospitals such as cancer or maternity fees and care.
