The second Leadership for UHC module took place in January 2017. Since the first module, the Leadership Group accompanied the development of the regulation to establish the national health insurance agency. Workshops in November and December 2016 with representatives from all regions of Madagascar, all concerned stakeholder and civil society took place. The team of the Leadership Group assisted especially in the last phase during January and February 2017 to finalize the regulation and to circulate in their respective Ministries for validation.
