Maldives’ government requires all government employees to get vaccinated before August 15 on Tuesday in order to control the spread of COVID-19 and the community-wide inoculation program had made progress towards achieving a new normal. The government plans to ensure that 90 percent of the eligible population in Maldives have received the vaccine before the end of August.
