The Ministry of Health and Social Service along with the support of P4H Country Focal Person (CFP) initiated the development of TOR for analytical work under ACT-Accelerator. The TOR on ‘Assessing Namibia’s Essential Health Service Package’ is being initiated with inputs and quality assurance support from experts of Essential Health Package of AFRO regional office.
The Ministry of Health and Social Service along with the support of P4H CFP also initiated the development of TOR ‘Assess implementation of Program-Based Budgeting in health sector in Namibia’. Inputs, support and quality check was provided by experts from AFRO as well as WHO Head Quarter (Hélène Barroy).
