Draw up a methodological guideline for auditing staffing levels and payroll in healthcare establishments.
Participants at the meeting exchanged ideas with the aim of achieving the following specific objectives :
- take stock of staffing levels in both public and private (hospital and non-hospital) healthcare establishments;
- analyze the match between profiles and jobs ;
- analyze compensation structures and the reasons for them ;
- draw up a list of bonuses and allowances paid to staff, and assess their relevance and impact on the company’s operations.
The expected results are good control of the workforce and the remuneration system, as well as rational management of staff careers.
