Here are a group of five documents on the sustainable financing of healthcare in Saudi Arabia, prospects of a national health insurance system to extend the scope of health coverage and the country’s healthcare transformation strategy. Two research papers look at the increasing public private partnership in Saudi’s healthcare sector and possibilities to improve and sustain health financing while maintaining equal access. Another two studies examine the feasibility of a national health insurance system in Saudi Arabia to achieve universal health coverage. A fifth document is the national health transformation strategy outlined by the country’s Ministry of Health.
