A milestone workshop aimed at validating the diagnosis carried out since last February and discussing 10 key issues related to health financing was held at the Palais des Congrès in Cotonou on July 17 and 18, 2013. It brought together representatives from all the sectors involved (health, economy, etc.). and finance, development, family and social affairs, civil service, etc.) and all categories of institutions (public, private, civil society…), researchers) and led to the emergence of initial ideas for structuring the strategy document expected by the end of the year.
