Publication of decrees on free emergency hospital care
Following a 2007 presidential commitment, the Ministry of Health of Chad publishes Administrative Orders No 239/PR/PM/MSP/SE/SG/2010 and 252/PR/PM/MSP/SE/SG/DRH/DGP/2010 providing organizational and operational guidelines for the national hospital emergencies free care scheme.
